He provided at least daily updates on my vehicle and was attentive to making sure my vehicle was delivered in excellent condition after the service was done. Great customer service. Lynda De La Cruz kept me informed of the entire process and the status of my car. When she was told that I needed to replace my rocker panel, she suggested I check with the company that repaired the "deer attack". I did and they are replacing the panel at no cost to me. I have had the same excellent service person for the entire time that I have owned my vehicle and many of the folks that regularly help me have also been long time employees. Excellent service as usual, no doubt! I made an appointment online at their website, and got available time on the same day! Mark De La Fuen was the service advisor who took care of me. I showed him that I got a coupon and reminder from their service. He took it without any hassle. I just waited there and drank some coffee, ate some snacks. The waiting area was very nice too. Good service except for service assistants who were supposed to fetch car. They were standing around talking, but would not help my service manager. After I waited 1/2 hour Ken Thomas finally went himself to get car for me. They need some decent supervision.
