He was not polite and argued with us about the request we made that was part of the reason we brought the car for service. Thi is not my first trip to the Mercedes-Benz service center but another seemless service event. Ms Linda De La Cruz was her usual wonderful self. So helpful and informative. Love her consistency over the years.
