I generally have costly repair to my vehicle and they never made me feel as if I was just another dollar walking through the door. This location really does a good job of seeing the person behind the wheel to this point in our journey.

Emergency roadside repair needed driving through Boerne, Tx. Road debris punctured a hole in our battery radiator which was leaking coolant. They replaced it ($2500), were efficient and informative with the work. Must give Javier Rojas honorable mention. He took great care of us, helping us with luggage to and from a rental car (since we needed to stay overnight), was very attentive and informative. Another unnamed valet there refused to assist, ignored us and when his assistance was requested, refused to do so. He was busy scrolling through his phone. They replaced it ($2500), were efficient and informative with the work. Must give Javier Rojas honorable mention. He took great care of us, helping us with luggage to and from a rental car (since we needed to stay overnight), was very attentive and informative. Another unnamed valet there refused to assist, ignored us and when his assistance was requested, refused to do so. He was busy scrolling through his phone. We brought this to the dealer's attention with hopes for improvement. Loved the video tech analysis, but had a long wait for the loaner car. Seems they forgot about us until I had to press them.
The service bay was meticulous.
Overall, we are grateful for their working our emergency into their existing schedule and mention the negatives only to help them improve in those areas.
