How Much Can The 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLC Tow?

I have had some really bad experiences at this dealership in the past, and quite honestly, at other dealerships as well. I’m writing this because of the exceptional service I received from Master Sprinter Technician Kenny Dieurestil and Sprinter Service Advisor Rick Caldera. They promised me they would take care of our service van, and they delivered. I gave Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown two previous attempts to diagnose and repair a coolant leak on our 2024 Sprinter Cargo Work Van. Both times, they kept the van for three days and then four days, yet they could not find or fix the leak. I had previously met Kenny when he worked on my 2019 Sprinter, and he really stood out to me. I called him, explained the problem, and he immediately had a good idea of what was likely causing the leak and offered to take a look at it. I then called Rick to schedule a drop-off, and he was extremely helpful, professional, and patient in getting the van worked into their schedule on a Saturday morning to start on Monday. The goal was to have it back by Friday. Kenny came in Monday and, just as he promised, diagnosed the coolant leak by the end of the day. He also promised to get it fixed by Friday, and he went above and beyond. He came in at 5:30 Friday morning, despite already having a busy and full schedule, and not only fixed the coolant leak but also identified and corrected a front-end alignment issue that was causing the tires to cup and wear unevenly. He also took care of a clogged windshield washer reservoir and balanced and rotated the tires. He finished it all by 2:00 pm. Kenny is extremely thorough. He doesn’t miss things, and he only recommends what actually needs to be fixed. After dealing with dealerships for years, I can honestly say that I trust him implicitly with my vehicles. Rick was equally great to work with. He noticed that the van also had a recall software update that needed to be performed and even offered us a loaner van while the work was being completed. The coolant leak repair, glow plug replacement, and software update were all covered under warranty. The pricing for the alignment, windshield washer system flush, and tire balance and rotation was also very reasonable. As the owner of an HVAC service company, I understand how important exceptional service is. Kenny and Rick demonstrated exactly what professionalism, communication, and dedication to doing the job right should look like.
