He took great care of us, helping us with luggage to and from a rental car (since we needed to stay overnight), was very attentive and informative. Another unnamed valet there refused to assist, ignored us and when his assistance was requested, refused to do so. He was busy scrolling through his phone. He took great care of us, helping us with luggage to and from a rental car (since we needed to stay overnight), was very attentive and informative. Another unnamed valet there refused to assist, ignored us and when his assistance was requested, refused to do so. He was busy scrolling through his phone. We brought this to the dealer's attention with hopes for improvement. Loved the video tech analysis, but had a long wait for the loaner car. Seems they forgot about us until I had to press them.
